Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Any items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Pre-order items
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at ambercsboutique@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Please allow 3β5 business days for processing after your return is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
